youthful team and nice colleagues.
Cons
due to poor work-life balance and stagnant pay, people are quick to leave. apparently this warrants even more stringent policies on your newer employees. Also, be prepared for unnecessarily long meetings. there’s not a ton of opportunities for growth so if you’re keen to upskill, that’s on your own time and pocket.
