Micromanagement -zero training programs - numbers important not people - work life balance zero - associates are not provided yearly reviews - no increases -associates are not valued or appreciated - not compensated accordingly during holidays although they claim to I would not even give them a 1 rating . False promises and misrepresentation when hired . Truly the worst leadership and environment . Toxic . Turnover is so high as a result . Lost numerous top talent due to all of the above . Not willing to compensate talent as they deserve . I stuck it out thinking I could make a positive impact only to learn as tone went on it went on deaf ears and they just didn’t care . The buck is the only priority . Very sad
