Pros

Okay if you need a job desperately.

Cons

The job titles are significantly different from the actual tasks performed in the factory. There is no opportunity for career growth, and there is a prevalence of bullying and gossip within the management. Proper training is lacking for all employees. While they claim to offer remote work, you will be prohibited from traveling for an entire year, even if you have worked abroad for a short period, such as 90 days. They do not adequately adjust for the cost of living. The pay is significantly below market value, and they terminate employees without reason and without concern for the increased workload on others. Overtime is unpaid, and they heavily rely on one major client. They do not provide mental health days and only offer contractor contracts with a one-month notice. They have failed to evolve from their startup origins, and the new management is strict and indifferent towards the well-being of the employees. It is an absolute mess. I strongly advise against getting involved with them. Also HR should not allow so much bullying!

Pros

-Remote. -Insurance & 401k match are decent.

Cons

-Imagine Dunder Mifflin type financial decisions in 2025. -Way more concerned with image & rebranding than scope of client work. -Unable to obtain more than 1 client while promising that everything is “going well”. -Ignores sexual harassment & grooming claims if it’s coming from their only client. -CEO resigning amid constant failure but conveniently adding self to self-created board of directors for a company with 1 client. It’s obvious the everyday workers on their 1 project will take a pay cut for this. -Women have lower salaries at the management level. -Preaches maximum diversity & inclusion but doesn’t actually support.
