Pros
The job is the same as the previous companies that I have worked with. Same Magento stuff etc.. The main thing that I love about 121 is the team. I love my coo-workers, the staff, the organization and the team support. I was never treated so nicely anywhere else. Everyone is the same. you guys rock! We are so confident of our work that we are growing everyday. Everyone does their best and everyone cares about the company.
Cons
I don't like the time difference, lack of staff due to our own success and growth and the slow response in follow up on new hires for qualified workers.
