Great company - Vice President of Human Resources 180 Health Partners Employee Review

As we know working in the field of addictions can be mentally exhausting. The company really does care about the mental health of their employees and encourages self care. The supervisors are very understanding and are always willing to support you in what ever issue you are having, just make them aware. I have never worked for a company that really cares about you unplugging.

I started a short while ago and have not found to be anything as of yet. Maybe I will review when I am there a year. The company is great.

I loved helping these people. I could tell I was making a difference.

The company became consumed with getting the patients insurance to pay as much as possible and then they dropped any type support for uninsured people. I developed a hustle feel and I quit :(
