Pros
The majority of the SVD team running the NMCI contract has been on the contract for years. There are a few individuals at each level that are holding everything together.
Cons
Lack of direction and vision since 1901 Group/Leidos won the contract. They say they contribute to medical benefits and retirement but all of the employer contributions are pulled from the employee's SCA that they would otherwise receive. This was new when 1901 Group/Leidos won the SMIT contract. Top down leadership with very little communication with the people actually doing the work. The people calling the shots have no idea what they're doing.
