While their role is primarily as a matchmaker, they are attentive to employee needs and try to accommodate requests within reasonable limits. The team is communicative, and the processes are fairly streamlined.

Not specific to this company but to the industry in general, is that working with an intermediary adds some extra layers of communication and processes, which can require more effort compared to working directly with a single company.

The offices are nice and neat, and there is a very good work environment both remotely and in the office.

Nothing that comes up to my mind.
