Pros
Great people and atmosphere (pre-covid), the coffee machine was excellent, middle management is good (speaking in terms of my own line manager), some fun tech to play with and good partnerships with some third party software
Cons
Pay isn't great. Average for the area is definitely higher. The company has no real direction. Upper management seems to keep changing their minds on what the focus should be - Too many custom solutions despite a constant push for SaaS, and they've definitely cashed in during the pandemic to do away with bonuses and freeze raises, yet I'm pretty sure the upper management still received some nice bonuses (right before lockdown the high-ups had a "sales kickoff" which basically included a huge party with an open bar - I don't recall being invited to that.
