Pros
I've worked here a while now and things are genuinely moving in the right direction. The company invests in its tech, there's some good product and services development happening, and it actually listens to customers and changes things based on what it hears.
The same is true internally. There's an employee engagement committee that's active and importantly the feedback that comes out of it actually gets acted on. There's been real visible change on the people side; performance conversations, a buddy system for new joiners, and managers who are being properly developed rather than just left to figure it out.
There's also a genuine focus now on getting the balance right between flexibility and work life balance on one side, and delivering for customers and showing up for each other on the other. It doesn't feel like one comes at the expense of the other.
The team is good. People work hard and it's a good time to be here as a result.
Cons
It's growing fast and it shows sometimes. Not everything is perfectly joined up and things can shift quickly, especially whilst tech is developed. Fine if you can roll with it; worth knowing going in if you're not.
