Pros

Great benefits package Catered lunch Pleasant environment Good support from the Team - who are at the same level as you because nobody else above understands your role/tasks. Hard working people, all very knowledgeable. Great bunch of people, pleasure to work with all.

Cons

Lack of communication and understanding each others roles and processes. Random decisions are made without asking people - who are actually going to carry those changes - of their opinion or input. No career progression opportunities, unlike bigger/better companies where it is outlaid what is expected of you to succeed in your role and get promoted. Constant staffing issues You are expected to work (for free) outside of your working hours to help improve numbers. Rather than offering overtime, you need to ask for it to be authorized to complete your tasks - which is impossible anyway. Why do we ask for it? Why not offer? Because Management is are unaware of the workload. No training documents for starters, you just get a big pile of information without them being in order or all in 1 place. UK office and cultural differences are being completely ignored. Many promises see no result.

Pros

Great managers, work of home flexibility

Cons

Low pay compared to other competitors. Penny pinching their clients. Too volatile with the economy. Lack of updates from e-team. Layoffs are frequent. No real career trajectory. No 401k match. Unlimited PTO isn't actually unlimited. Lack of recognition from higher ups or team. Hiring people that are not qualified for the job, No is wants to pay for premium items when economy keeps fluctuating every few years.
