      Pros

      None to mention because experience has been very bad. When your Client is unethical, it tears you apart internally. It's question of trust.

      Cons

      They give position to consultant, consultant deploys his resources and costs and give them the candidate which goes through the process. System starts working. Either position goes on hold or poor offer or is said that filled internally. Some time later same candidate is employed, term used is we hired through "internal database"
