Pros
-Support from leadership
-Team building
My time at 2020 was short, but that was primarily due to barriers outside of work that required me to make adjustments. One of those outside barriers came within the first month or so working there, yet the leadership team really did all they could to support me. It truly meant a lot in a time that was very challenging.
Their clinical feedback was presented in a way that was constructive, positively guiding me towards becoming a stronger BCBA.
Cons
-Hourly pay, so the inherent fluctuation with pay based on client/BCBA cancellations. They are very transparent about the pay structure in their job postings, and cancellations are of course not uncommon in our field.
-Communication (a minor con). Overall, communicating with the team was very easy and transparent. There was one minor issue with not informing me promptly regarding an internal matter, but I don’t feel that’s worthy of knocking off a star. It was a completely unusual situation that required adjustments throughout my time there, so I understand why some things can be missed.
