Brain Melting bureaucracy - Call Center Representative 21st Century Employee Review

Management is condescending and rude, cliquish and inappropriate. I was mocked while doing my timecard less than a day after a close friend's death, and treated like a toddler. Concerns were ignored, and when I gave my opinion on the job I'd been drafted to do I, that opinion was dismissed out of hand, and then treated like a huge revelation when I (and others) were proven to be right. Upper management has no clue what they're doing, and lower management has no people skills at all and is incompetent.
