Hi there, Samantha Wragg from twentysix here. Thank you for your review and your comments! We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. It’s true that progression in a smaller team can be difficult, but our growth as an agency is allowing us to create more opportunities for everyone to advance, and we do our best to make sure everyone can progress in the way that they want. We agree no one likes a tight deadline, but these are just a fact of agency life. Clients set deadlines and we have to meet them. Likewise, we truly believe our project managers and client services teams are a solid combination of expertise and experience, but as in everything we always look for ways to learn and improve.

Pros

Some nice people work here.

Cons

The company’s redundancy processes are unfair and poorly handled, creating significant uncertainty and mistrust among staff. Management behaviour is often unprofessional, with inconsistent communication, lack of accountability. Employees are overworked due to understaffing and unrealistic expectations, with little recognition or support. Zero opportunity for progression or pay rises. Overall, 26 is a terrible agency to work for.
