Work for international company located in cheaper country... interesting project...

Remote location of studio in Brno

- Free basic food in the building - Decent office infrastructure in the new building - Company events - Internships for all positions - Culturally mixed people - better than other studios in the Czech Republic

- Office politics (importance to people who work there for 20 years) - Bad Leads (most of the leads are not capable or they give feedback like don't deserve this position) - Even if the project is bad they won't listen to your feedback. - Division between good people and bad people at the higher up level - Cant switch projects. - Salary negotiations are always neglected and brushed away. - Studio is full of interns and senior talent is nonexistent. - Bad location away from the city with only 3 cafes to have food.
