Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It is disheartening to hear about your experience working at 2U, as it does not reflect the kind of company culture we strive for. However, feedback like yours is integral to helping us continue to evolve as an organization. While this isn’t the proper forum to address everything in your review, we would like the opportunity to provide clarity on your review of our unlimited PTO benefit, which is available to all full time U.S. employees. We believe that the unlimited PTO benefit empowers employees to take the time they need, when they need it, without worrying about PTO accruals, sick days, vacation days, and so on. The benefit is still unlimited, meaning there is no limit to the number of days employees can take, just guidelines in place to ensure that time off requests don’t impede a team’s ability to conduct business in a timely manner. We are concerned to hear about your experience regarding a toxic work environment and favoritism. As a people-first, highly collaborative, and team-oriented culture, this does not reflect the work we do to ensure we maintain a welcoming, inclusive work environment. We’d like to learn more about your observations and feedback so that we can work to ensure all of our employees feel a strong sense of belonging at 2U.
