Pros

- Nice colleagues and the team really support each other - Rapid learning curve and growth - Training, workshop and sharing sessions provided - Good for fresh grad but not so much for experienced hire

Cons

In an environment where you are buried with overload work, you will have a trustable colleagues to lean on for ranting. The job demand is so high that you are a Nemo swimming in a large ocean without clear direction. But some of the Seniors are there to help when you need guidance. The company does not provides any bonus, normal benefit and the salary range is bare minimum. A lot of AD, MPM and some CSD are smooth talker. Good a babysitting the client and ended up overpromising. But if you are lucky, you will meet the few good leaders. Career progression is vague. The job description for each level (junior, senior and management) does not have a clear distinction. Good thing about promotion is you get good % increment (but the amount is it really? hahaha) and of course crushing workload! Congratulations you have levelled up to be among people pleaser. Some of the managers are all talk, immature and don't know why are they even promoted.

You get a salary to shut up and follow orders

Cons

Too many to talk about They are in the business of acquiring companies to burn to the ground and destroy the acquired companies reputation Extremely toxic environment They do not care about customers, they set unrealistic sales goals then fire the sales reps hence the high turnover They are all about hiring South eastern employees at disposable low wages to replace staff in American companies They fake camaraderie at all hands meetings they insist on having that no one wants to attend but are forced to You will regret accepting an offer within the first week No principles whatsoever Everyone puts on a smiling masks Don’t take my word, do your own research Question why the CEO has a 2.8 ratings
