Pros
Very sharp, highly competent team. Supervisor/Lead knows more about software and 'how things work' than most places I have worked at, problem solving was team effort, very small number of employees gave close-knit 'family' feeling. No 'politics' just straight up working dogs all :)
Cons
Pretty much left to own devices to run as hard with project in hand that I was able. Very little input or direction except for a few words in passing. ie: A week of work discounted with a single phrase by the owner when that direction was set by the Creative Director -sigh- ..communication/direction from management was almost non-existent which caused days of frustration occasionally.
