Cons
Some managers show a lack of leadership and strictness with their employees, which disrupts the flow in the workplace and people get too comfortable. Sometimes you could find yourself doing more work than others as a result. As a buyer, dealing with sellers with negative attitudes towards the pricing/selling experience is something you're gonna have to get used to, will become very tiring. Pay isn't really worth it all that much, and the discount could be much better as well...
