Thank you for your feedback. Over the past 8 years, we have built an organisation which has a good support for retention and transparency in attrition, systems to ensure team member’s well being, role growth based on org’s needs, member’s performance and interests match and structures to voice everyone’s viewpoints. It's sad to hear about your experience though and I’ll be happy to discuss this further with you. Please do reach out and wishing you all the best for your future endeavours! Elaborating on points shared above: • Support for retention and transparency in attrition - Every year, depending on role requirements, our team members have approximately 3 evaluations, 15-30 coachings, 40 goals review meetings, 80+ work time meetings. This helps in driving their performance towards meeting/exceeding org’s expectations. In addition, for team members struggling to meet expectations, we have need based support systems in place. - Decisions on attrition are taken post thorough evaluation on employee’s performance with multiple rounds of communication being conducted. • Systems to ensure team member’s well being - We conduct around 3 + sessions which provide knowledge and tools for managing physical, mental and emotional energy. Also, we provide ongoing support to improve task, time and project management. - We have 15+ whole org team days for people to come together and teams to reflect, plan, train and spend time with each other. - Depending on role, team members get 35-45 paid leaves in addition to weekends. An additional 20 days paid leave is given as a part of ‘Commitment Perk’ for team members on completing every 4 years. • Role growth based on org’s needs, member’s performance and interests match - We collect anonymous data 6 times a year about member’s satisfaction. 100% team members fill this survey. - 90% are satisfied/very satisfied with their roles. - 96% agree/strongly agree that they have opportunities at work to learn and grow. - These numbers have largely remained more than 85% across the years. • Structures to voice everyone’s viewpoints - Updates to org framework/policies undergo multiple rounds of feedback cycle. Every member also has at least 3 check-ins annually with People Team to share their viewpoints with confidentiality. - Strong evidence of this is that 98% of members have anonymously reported that their opinions seem to count at work.

Pros

I think some of the best reasons to work at 321 are: 1. Very clear and strong vision, mission, culture, strategy, and approach. These are some of the extremely hard things for any organization to define and live by and 321 team has taken many efforts over the years to define and continuously refine these. 2. Very user-focused, be it our program users or even our own team members. 321 tries to clearly understand the user needs and does thorough research before creating and rolling out meaningful and impactful solutions. Be it tools for our teachers and students or be it internal organizational systems for employees like work management, professional development, etc 3. Very strong culture of collaboration and working in teams. This was one of the main reasons I had joined 321, to learn how to work well in teams. I have been witness to amazing accomplishments by myself and by my peers with solid support from their own teams and different teams in the organization.

Cons

I've been working here since many years and envision to do so for future years, so I really don't see any downsides of working here. There is very high expectation on performance and solid support is given. So I think its upto me to communicate, share feedback, ask for help and get better at things to manage any downsides which I see. I've done this in the past, have seen improvements in myself and org and plan to continue to do so in the future. I know that I and org will continue improving using feedback and reflection as we always have till date.
