      1. Friendly coworkers 2. Fun socials 3. Bi-weekly lunches 4. Nice office

      1. Benefits are pretty much non-existent for a company of this size, and the annual leave allowance is the bare minimum. 2. Work/life balance isn’t great as the culture leans heavily towards overworking, so burnout happens quite quickly. 3. There’s an unspoken stigma around taking sick leave, which is strange for a company in healthcare. 4. Company values autonomy on paper, but in reality there’s a strong micromanagement culture. 5. Expectations can be unrealistic at times, which makes it hard to keep up with the constantly increasing workload.

      Pros

      Lots of interesting and challenging projects are going on at once, so you’re at the forefront of advancement within the industry. Fast-paced startup environment where you learn a lot very quickly. Lots of responsibility given from the start, which leads to a great sense of ownership of products and operations from early on. The team is fantastic - lots of smart, driven people with a broad range of skillsets, which is very motivating.

      Cons

      The expectation to work at such fast pace whilst being effective is not for everyone. You have to manage lots of communications and requirements between lots of different departments, which could be overwhelming.
