      Pros

      Steady work, fellow employees are fun, some benefits.

      Cons

      Management never sticks to policies, Atmosphere feels "clicky" like high school, pay is not competitive, recruiter is very pushy on how good the company is and it's not what he makes it out to be. Management is not professional at times, especially HR.
