      Pros

      Unique business and working experience for Germany. These type of jobs you only get in the global trading hubs - so this is really something to appreciate. Salary is competitive. Quarterly bonus is really good.

      Cons

      Weak team leaders. Management very disrespectful to staff. These things make it sometimes very frustrating.

      Team is nice and patient

      Cons

      Management is bad, cheap company. Don’t care about the workers. Computers and work instruments are cheap and constantly with issues. No career progression Company don’t even pay for expenses if traveling for work. “You have to eat no matter where you are”
