Pros
365 retail markets started out as a really great place to work, they do have good PTO and the company culture outside of the support department is great.
Cons
The company used to be a hidden gem but due to gross mismanagement the technical support department is truly awful to be a part of. Promotions are dished out solely based on nepotism. Awful behavior is not only tolerated but rewarded. vain promises are given time and time again. They are perpetually understaffed so you will be over worked for 90% of the year. The knowledge base you need to have is insane and the ongoing training is non existent There is no communication with the tech support team, new products will be launched and no one in the support team will hear about it until you get a call from a customer when you have no training and one document to go off of. They actively try to keep you in the department if you try to leave to another part of the company (unless you are a favored employee)
