- Very understaffed leading to you being overworked and taking calls 24/7 without a chance to breath. Be prepared for your mental health to decline.
- Poor management and micromanaging. If you take slightly longer than normal on tickets before you hop in the call queue again, supervisors will be messaging you asking why it's taking so long.
- Poor communication between departments. If you need to ask another department a question, be prepared to be passed from person to person because it seemed like no one knew what they were doing.
- Proprietary hardware/software leads to very little transferable skills. If you are looking for an IT career starter, don't come here, this is a dead-end job.
- Constant broken promises by management. Don't trust anything they tell you in interviews.
