Don’t get too comfortable - Anonymous employee 3D Digital Employee Review

Thank you so much for your feedback. We agree that the 3D team is wonderful and our clients engage the interests of our professionals in the dynamic world of digital media. We always want to hear from our employees and learn from their experiences working with us. We are not clear about your reference to "one seasoned salesperson" since we have had a number of dedicated sellers for the agency and also benefit from our entire print sales team selling digital marketing. We acknowledge that our small layoff in February was hard for our team and hate that you didn’t find us to be transparent with the business challenges despite our monthly all company meetings, weekly all team meetings, and expectation that managers hold regular 1:1’s and conduct performance reviews. We will definitely explore this and make sure we do better. We will also have our leadership team review our PTO procedures, HR team approaches, and Work from Home practices since all are very important to us and it sounds like we could improve our communications in those areas.
