Pros

3D Side is working on very exciting projects in an interesting and growing industry. Good working relationships and environment. Flexibility. As an intern you can learn a lot, work in meaningful projects and interact with different professionals of the team. Not speaking French wasn't a problem to work.

Cons

I didn't experience any downsides apart from the common limitations/challenges of working in a start-up.

Pros

Colleagues and the flexibility for the work time

Cons

I worked for this company for more than 2 years. It has been my second work experience. In the beginning, everything seemed fine : young start up, easy contact, nice products, ambitious perspectives,… you feel that your point of view will be taken into account. The root cause of the problem is that your direct managers are the two founders and owners of the company. They only have academic experiences and are totally lacking team management competencies. The problems start when you realize that every single decision is in fact taken by them without any objectivity and transparency whatever your advice or the amount of work you produced in vain. When you attempt to defend your positions, that is where troubles begin. It’s quite simple : over 2 years and half, 3 people had been fired and 3 other quit. For a company of less than 10 employees… I finally decided to quit after an umpteenth disappointment. The cherry of the cake is that I had to suffer blackmail the last day of my contract. And last but not least, I had to fight to receive my last salary. Finally, helped by a lawyer and after multiple threats to sue them, I received my complete salary with 2 months late. My only regrets are for my nice colleagues.
