      Pros

      Remote work. $500 stipend for recreational and educational endeavors

      Cons

      Huge, unfair benefits disparity. Kaiser benefits only offered to those in California who pay much less for much more. Everyone else gets Cigna benefits and pay MUCH more for MUCH less. Over 50% turnover in a Legal department of a dozen in the last year. HR is worthless. They talk a good game, but DO nothing. Low industry standard salaries.

      Great people to work with and a positive mission.

      Cons

      The C-suite does not inspire trust or a desire to do your best work. It feels like some of them are just looking out for each other and not their employees.
