Pros
Good hours, 8:30-4:30. No weekends. Good potlucks and good food in the cafeteria
Cons
Scrutinize your calls, constantly watching numbers and surveys, feels like a bunch of robots work there, no one is happy to be there clearly, you can barely talk to the person next to you, if you have an appointment good luck trying to get it accommodated by HR. I see no need for them to know your personal business. It feels like you’re working for the bad guys. It’s a stressful job and was completely beneath me even though I excelled in the role. Everyone who works there smokes, so that shows you how stressed they are.
