The Owner is awful. He has zero experience and zero social skills. You are under CONSTANT stress to meet a sales goal that is nearly impossible to meet without throwing your morals out the window. They claim to be a family company and say that they treat everyone like family but the truth is you are completely expendable to them. They promise you bonuses and then take FOREVER to distribute them, I waited 2 months for it only to be told that after review our store would not be receiving our bonus. Bottom line is don't even bother working here.
