Pros
Even before the job started I was throughly impressed by how friendly all the staff were whilst I was waiting for my interview. This was not the case when in the same week I met with a faceless corporation with no mention of teamwork or 'we' throughout the meeting. Since joining I have observed great self awareness by all the teams, constantly looking at ways to improve the processes and services they offer. I have had the opportunity to travel to the USA, Spain and Belgium as well as lots of UK sites, where we are helping customers realise their objectives in the Salesforce.com and wider business challenges. Can't wait to see what is next for the growth and development of the business!

To be honest as soon as an issue is raised or I have a question the open culture means it is just dealt with and I can get back to working.
