Good atmosphere because of co-workers. Management takes good care of their teams.

Work space could be a little bigger.

Colleagues in the research department were good to work with.

This company's management structure has got to be one of the worst examples out there! So top heavy and such bad treatment of research employees. Such a small research team means that we are overworked and expected to contribute so much (for so little pay and no opportunity to even negociate this!) that this has meant a lot of talented researchers have been forced to seek other job opportunities. Really negative environment because of how unapproachable and ignorant management is towards all of the issues in the company structure.
