They don’t like someone who is independent and capable of working alone, despite asking if you are in an interview because “that is what they want”. Management is a mess. Go read the media articles about this company before working for them. They are all true. They are looking for people who will work hard, keep their head down and do as they are told. Even if it isn’t legal. They have the highest employment turnover rate I have ever seen.
