• The company appears to follow a hire-and-fire policy, with employees being terminated suddenly, sometimes without proper notice. • Management lacks professionalism and transparency in handling employees. • There seemed to be very limited or no active projects, which affected learning and growth opportunities. • Salary packages were low, and increments were either minimal or nonexistent. • Decisions regarding hiring and firing appeared unfair at times, with favoritism towards friends or family members. • No clear career growth path for employees. • The promises made during recruitment about professionalism and structured workflows did not match the actual work environment. • Joining such an environment may negatively impact your skills and career progress.

I worked here for more than a year and the only good thing about this place was the employees. There’s good team building and a very lively environment to work in.

The management is horrible here, they do not treat you well here. The salary structure is horrible and most employees here are under enormous work pressure. They smile to your face but will give you loads of pressure because they want it done in two days. I remember even till my last date they were giving me lots of work.
