Thank you for the review. Spirited respectful debate is the cornerstone of any successful organization, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and encourage differing opinions. We have recently appointed a new CEO that is committed to a dynamic culture and building a strong leadership team. We are also proud of our workspace and environment which includes monthly catered events for all, happily organized by our wonderful front desk administrator. Like most organizations, we have a segment of office area with cubicles, with a window view from virtually every seat. We also offer multiple private collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, and single individual soundproofed privacy spaces (for personal business) easily reserved or used on demand. Our goals align with customer requirements and industry best practices and are updated from time to time to remain aligned with the industries we serve. We offer a hybrid work schedule for many positions and flexible schedules for others, but as a consulting organization serving energy and information technology – we work when our customers need us. Many positions require field work, in-person collaboration, and customer-facing interactions which we adapt to as needed.
