The executives of the company are solely focussed on revenue, showing no regard for employees. They treat them merely as money-making machines, with loyalty irrelevant. There are no employee benefits and you’ll be pushed to your limits. Legal issues are ignored in this cutthroat business. They’ll eventually hire and fire the majority of people in Australia, with turnover seemingly unimaginable yet completely indifferent. They don’t care respect or value the staff – everyone is stressed by unachievable expectations and targets set by the constantly changing senior management. There’s no stability in leadership or direction and no one is trained well enough because no one stays in a role for more than a few days.
Fast moving dynamics business. Opportunities to build a career and earn life changing money. High performing sales culture - supportive executive leaders, those who show hard work and committed will be rewarded.

This is not a retail business, this is a sales business - people who do not understand this and the KPIs and ability to pivot that comes with this - this isn’t the role for you. You need to be prepared to work outside of a standard mon-fri
