      People are friendly in this company, nice colleague

      Cons

      - the company owner is the only boss in this company - once I leave the company, my boss will WhatsApp me on the first day of my new job and ask who is my new boss name and current title. - he will ask the medical writer to take part in a sales role as well (won't increase any extra salary ) - won't increase any Annual Leave (only 10 days per year) no matter how many years to work in this company
