Not much at all tbh

Terrible management. Management don't value hard workers they value the lazy workers that don't even show up to work. Those who show up and are productive end up dealing with the work load and getting burned out. Everyone gets the same bonus regardless of individual performance. Leadership and management are biased and have favouritism to lazy workers, because they know they won't get a job anywhere else, and they can't be bothered to train new staff. You have to work Saturdays too.

Inclusive, supportive culture. Strong sense of purpose and values, a mission driven culture with transparency from directors. Career development and progression, great opportunities if you want to advance. Engaging community and events which builds and connects teams.

Workload is seasonal, very busy in summer, quieter winters allow time for projects
