5AM decided to close Seeker Biologics and gave 2 days notice to the science team, letting them go after those 2 days with only 6 weeks severance. They created a resume book and never circulated it, nor did they answer any external company requests to see the resume book. Furthermore, separation letters were inaccurate and wrong on several accounts. They lied to employees for the months leading up to the closure, saying all was well and to keep doing what they’re doing. They treat their startup company employees like trash and lie to them. Never work at a 5AM VC funded company.
