salary progression, updates from time to time < Tho I don't think this is really a cons since they do manage to update. So I cannot say some cons on it other than salary progression

Pros

Fully remote work which gives a lot of flexibility. Friendly and helpful colleagues and team leads. Good opportunity to gain experience in player support and work with international teams. Training and documentation are helpful for learning the projects.

Cons

Work can sometimes be repetitive and depends heavily on the client project. Some processes can change frequently which requires adapting quickly.
