Pros
Stable job. Colleagues are very nice. But only them.
Cons
Salary is horrendous. Work load of others is forced onto you. Terrible communication within the company. Blatant favoritism within the company if you are Indian or 'conveniently' connected to another member of staff. Too slow to make changes when inspectors or visitors come. Never take ownership for their mistakes, but blame others instead.
