horrible scheduling, prepare for lots of 1 day fly in fly out jobs to do multiple days worth of work. no per diem for travel.
terrible customers, prepare to work for some of the biggest cheapskates I've ever seen.

flexibility, autonomy, skill exposure, company encourages upskilling, great company early in your career.
Cons
I wouldn’t recommend working here as there is nepotism, and not enough diversity in upper management or upward mobility as promotions are rare. Pay isn’t as competitive with the workload you will put in, common security and technology practices are not taking serious.
