      Pay decent for the difficulty of work. Flexible schedule. Company car program.

      Dealing with franchisees can be difficult. Relatively little power to make changes. Management style is dated, causing wasted time and under-utilized resources.

      Steady hours, free drinks, meet an assortment of people, repetitive customers that you get to know and like

      Low pay, bad benefits, and mostly working by yourself unless you're first shift, and then only on weekdays.
