Pros
Ability to build great business relationships, Help Owners improve their habits and be more successful. Just about everyone I have worked with on the corporate side are good, hardworking, fun people.
Cons
They downsized operations support a few years ago and it didn't work. Merchandising makes consistent mistakes that hurt sales and hurts the companies reputation with their Franchise owners but that is the only part of the company that didn't restructure it's key personnel. Everyday is a new "fire drill". The annual review process is a joke.
