      - Scott Shickler (Ceo and Founder) he really is a puppet master and needs people to follow him - This place does not care about the actual students or teachers - People are really dishonest and it is not a healthy place to work

      Pros

      The company does practice what they preach in terms of emotional wellbeing. Senior leadership are all good people and trust employees to do their jobs without micromanaging. Leadership also is open to ideas. Pay and benefits are above average.

      Cons

      All of EdTech has experienced headwinds, and quotas are not realistic in the current environment.
