Pros

In spite the new name, the company comes with a legacy of great projects and employees that come from the previous years. The projects under the current name will make you love your job. These are challenging and for some well known brands. This is a good company to start your career in. A majority of the co-workers are kind and will try to help you out whenever possible. The working schedule is okay. Good starting salaries. The workplace is big enough, with big working desks. The working equipment is okay, the bare minimum. There is a foosball table, a guitar amp, some nice relaxing areas and even a bar!

Cons

The employers handling of the employees is really poor and bias. No career progression. This was made worst when there was an investment in the company and the consequent name change. A newcomer to the company is presented to the good place, being blinded by hollow promises, great projects and enthusiastic talks from the management which usually lead nowhere. If you are not befriended by the management and if you do not work overtime (or pretend to do so), you will have no career progression nor will your work be valued by the management. You need to pretend to sacrifice your personal life in favor of the company. If you do not do the utterly unnecessary sacrifices, you will only hear from the management if something goes wrong with a project, therefore only receiving negative feedback. After some months you start to notice that most of the employees days at the office are shrouded by the atmosphere of some kind of totalitarian regime, where you need to totally agree with the management and keep quiet. If you are not a friend, your opinion does not matter. This really gets old after a few months in the company. Sometimes the talks between the management and an employee can end up with the management yelling. This could be easily avoided with a more professional and mature mindset. The friends of the management do not help with the heavy atmosphere, as they look friendly but will not think twice before talking bad to the management about you, giving you the feeling you are back in school with the called "teacher's pets", ratting out the colleagues. This includes things such as taking a bit longer during lunch, leaving early (or on time), touching your personal phone or which websites are you visiting during work time. Also watch out for what you say about the management and to whom you say it. The employees often reach a point where they are so isolated from what is happening in the company that they simply give up, which is beneficial to the management and clearly what they want you to do

Pros

The company has very interesting clients and projects. You'll have the oportunity to know and work with very young and talented people. You can work from home if needed without a problem.

Cons

CEO has very poor leadership skills. There is no transparency regarding the company's financial performance. It will be dificult for you to understand the company's long term main goals.
