Cons:
- The great reviews the company suggests people write to counter the bad ones.
- Most disorganized company I have ever worked for. NO standard processes in place which makes it impossible to get anything done correctly.
- Most Upper Management is totally out of sync, does not know what is going on, and say they want to help you out but really don't do anything at all to lighten a crazy workload. Common for people to work 18 hour days and fall asleep at their computer.
- SINK, DROWN, OR DOGGY PADDLE. No on-boarding and 3 days into working there expect you to know everything.
- SOME people are rude and have no compassion.
- Some AM's do not understand paid search, programmatic, or social media at all, making it almost impossible to work with them.
- They change up titles and they essentially mean nothing. Do not reflect the work done or experience and got paid less/the same than people with less experience because of a shortage.
- They hire warm bodies that have no experience.
- Due to all these cons - the clients genuinely do not get close to the best performance they could.
