None that I can remember, poor management. Forget your skills, just maintain personal relationship with management and see your career rocketing within no time.
Cons
A bunch of hypocrites working for so called ethical company. No morals, hell lose,they are completely inhuman. Be cautious if you happen to be an independent women, they will treat you like a Sex object. Your appraisal and appreciation will go down the line if you're not entertaining your bosses personally, yeah you read it right. Offer them some personal favor and the ball would be in your court. The award for this shameful act goes to Mr Anuj Jain (sad he is spoiling IIT's image with his sick behavior). Summing up, join this shop (forget calling it an organization) at your own risk.
