Cons
- Absolutely no career progression. The title given to you is just a fancy name and does nothing in particular. - Management has no proper system, feels like how a market would work (even a market would manage better) because they have no proper structure, SOP etc. - Unethical and immoral way of running a business. Actually sets up multiple companies to earn profit from grants. - No proper departments. The group director is also the other companies' director, HR, driver, accounts department etc. - Does not like to put things on paper, all actions are usually done through word of mouth. Proper documentation is not encouraged. This has actually caused many problems in and outside of the company. - Even the contract is useless, does not follow the exact terms on the contract. Terms such as increment after a certain period is brushed aside and said you're not entitled to any even if it's signed by the director himself. -Expects all employees to stay late. OT not guaranteed paid. - Promises you all kinds of stories if you work as a sales person. Heard all kinds of stories told during interview sessions. Promises "high" commissions but doesn't actually pans out that way. - doesn't pay salary on time. Once had to asked the director why it's late, the answer given was astrocious, claimed already paid and forgotten it There are too many to be listed but these listed are the top few cons of working here.
