Pros
The pay along with the benefits.
Cons
High turnover rate. Work people too hard. Don't properly train people for jobs there. More focus on getting out the numbers than the welfare of the employees. Lucky to get a raise once a year. Praise the people standing around talking. Punish the people who are actually do their job. Try to get rid of people who don't meet up to their expectations. Lack of compensation for people who get injured on the job. Supervisors and upper management doesn't care one way or the other especially about what the employees think.
